TL;DR:

Observations from the previous levels were further analyzed through a questionnaire to gather data by talking to the people affected by the outlined changes. It aims to include current ways of thinking covering a real time snapshot of today's situation. According to Pythagoras' statement, “Numbers rule the universe” having reliable data is crucial for engaging in meaningful conversations about the world we live in. For comparability the survey contained two previously established scales detailedly explained on the third level. One more iteration was performed by conducting interviews with experts of the field. Based on the analyzed results from the survey, questions for interviews were crystalized to further support the reliability of the work. Experts were carefully chosen to anchor the work with deeper knowledge to its roots. During the three expert interviews questions that are still unanswered and discussed by prominent researchers were discussed.
